Sundevil Football Standard of Excellence

1. Team – work hard

2. Offense –
   1. Offensive line must fight for four seconds on every play.
   2. Running backs and receivers must produce YAC!!*
   3. *YAC is defined as Yards After Contact and Yards After Catch.
3. Special Teams
   1. Players must make adjustments on the run.
   2. Must be able to adjust to sudden, instant change.
   3. Make your opponent Pay.
4. Defense
   1. Knock back tackles
   2. Flat back tackles – hit hard
   3. “Echo of the Whistle” – hustle, fly, go until whistle blows.
